Orly Lewittes is a QUEER (woah) writer and comedian based in New York City. She's best known for her viral commencement speech at Northwestern University's 2024 graduation, which got over 2.5 million views on TikTok, and literally no views on YouTube. Currently, Orly is a sketch writer for the Upright Citizens Brigade (UCB) Maude Night team, Freak Jones, and makes up half of the sketch comedy duo, Boy Crazy, which has a monthly late night show at UCB, and performs at comedy theaters all around NYC. As a stand up, she performs at comedy clubs and weird little bars all over NYC , and while still in college, Orly opened for Hacks' Hannah Einbeinder and Meg Stalter.

Orly's short script, BAT ZILLA, won the 2024 ScreenCraft Short Screenplay Competition, and has placed in the finals of numerous other competitions. It currently sits at the top 1% of all projects on Coverfly. So.... yeah. Her feature script, STRUT, has also received a number of finalist awards in various international screenplay competition. Orly is currently developing her next feature script, and it's gonna kill.
